This workshop is an introduction into the world of sound and
vibrational healing. Discover how to tap and use the powerful
relationships between breath, movement, sound, focused
awareness & loving intent to create energetic shifts for healing.
These shifts are heart-opening and bring inner calm and deep,
peaceful relaxation.

This workshop explores sound and vibrational healing for self-care,
self-healing, and as an adjunct for therapeutic massage and
healing arts practices. We will practice toning and working with
sound instruments along with healing intent, to direct tones into
the auric field, chakras and meridians. These tones act as a
vibratory massage bringing in healing energies to move what has
become stuck or blocked. From tight musculature to sluggish
chakras, healing tones move energy quickly!

Everyone can tone and learn to use sound and vibrational healing
therapeutically for themselves and others. There is no need for
musical background or to know a "correct pitch". There is healing
power in the resonances of our own voices. By letting intention and
intuition be our guide, we quickly tune into the healing vibrations
best suited for ourselves or client.

Healing tones are scientifically proven to alter brain chemistry,
influencing the glandular system to release hormones, increasing
endorphins and serotonin. They harmonize the central nervous
system and promote healing in multifaceted ways.

Participants experience this workshop as a light-hearted
exploration & deep entrainment into the world of Sound &
Vibrational Medicine. Experientially based, breath & movement
oriented, rhythmic & shamanic at times, including multi-media
presentations, demonstrations, and partner exchanges.

Swiss doctor and natural scientist
researched sound waves and
their effect on various moveable
particles and substances. This
contribution to the field of sound
science, called Cymatics,
dramatically demonstrates how
the world around us is patterned
through the interactions of
vibrations. Our world is literally a
pictograph of sound in motion!
