Registration
Workshop enrollments are limited, so it is best to reserve your seat early. Some workshops
offer discounts for early advanced registration prior to certain posted dates. If a workshop
you�d like is full, we will place you on a waiting list. If space permits, registrations may be
taken at the door with prior approval.

We accept Visa/MC payments via Paypal. Some workshops offer credit card payment by
phone also. Money orders are accepted via postal mail. For more information or to register

You will receive an email registration confirmation with workshop logistics and directions to
the site prior to the workshop.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
All classes have minimum participant requirements and so we must reserve the right to
cancel under-enrolled classes with a minimum 7-10 days notice prior to the scheduled
program. In the unlikely event this occurs you will mailed or credited a full refund within 3-5
business days.

If you cancel your enrollment anytime prior to 14 days before the workshop, we will give
you a full refund less a $15 processing fee. You may notify us via phone, in person, or in
writing�by email or postal mail. We consider your registration cancelled the day we actually
receive your notice. Your refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.
If you cancel less than 14 days prior to the scheduled workshop, you will receive credit for a
future workshop by the same instructor. Refunds will not be given.

True, documentable, last minute emergency cancellations will be given consideration for full
refunds less a $15 processing fee. These emergency cancellations will be decided on a
case-by-case basis.

Unavoidable Acts
We may also cancel due to instructor illness or emergency; �act of nature or man�; or other
unexpected, sudden, unavoidable occurrence that makes holding a workshop or seminar
impossible. If this were to occur, we will issue refunds for the full amount of your registration
within 3-5 business days. If the class is rescheduled, you have the option of transfering into the
future class or you may receive a refund.

In the event of a cancelation for any reason whatsoever, we are not responsible for expenses
incurred by participants such as lodging reservations, airline tickets, or travel plans and
arrangements. Please check with your service providers as to their cancellation policies ahead
of time. We also cannot be held responsible for late fees due to untimely license renewals due to
any cancellation.
